Calm stillness of a winter’s snow scene,

stark, majestic, peaceful, serene.

Snowdrops, crocus breaking through cold earth

proclaiming the song of Spring’s new birth.

Butterflies, birds upon the wing,

colours and grace to make your heart sing.

Cobwebs glistening after the rain,

colours of Autumn down leafy lanes.

A peaceful sea under sky of blue,
